Taking good photographs isn’t something you either can do or can't do; like so many things it’s a skill that can be learnt. These days it’s actually so much easier with the smartphone to quickly learn a few tips that can transform your images whether they are holiday snaps, family photographs or a budding interest in travel or street photography. It’s not so much what you are taking photographs of but how you frame what you see that gives you a good photograph.
If you'd like to learn some tips on how to take better photographs of things that interest you and pick up a few quick and simple editing techniques to make those images sing I'm running a workshop in July aimed at beginners but open to all.
I’ll show you some images prior to our wander to give you some ideas of the things that can make stronger photographs, and then we'll go and practice.
This composition focused workshop is open to anyone who would like a laid back afternoon of wandering and staring in good company. Come for an afternoon of creativity and fun.
